Nepal a small yet warm-hearted country and the people of this country are really simple and welcoming. If we talk about the history so Nepal is the only country that never came under the British Empire. The traditions and culture of Nepal are reminiscent of its massive neighbours, India, and China; this tiny mountainous kingdom has a distinct culture and history.
Foreign tourist visiting heritages sites of Kathmandu have to pay certain entrance fees to get inside the area. Many tourist want to visit those places happily paying ticket fees because it is worth paying to visit. The heritage sites of Kathmandu are amazing. They are not only beautiful architecture but also fountain spiritual places of Hinduism and Buddhism.
Most of the constructions made have a tantric background. It is the government who keep the price of priceless monuments and make some money from a tourist who visit it.
Monument Entrance Fees must be paid to enter Heritage Sites, museums, etc. at the entry point. Please refer to the table below for details about payment.
