Kathmandu, Nov 15 (Nepal Visitors) With the objective of promoting Nepal as a prime tourist destination and to explore its tourism products to the international market, the country will host the third international Himalayan Travel Mart and 43rd Congress of United Federation of Travel Agents' Association (UFTAA) from November 20 to 24.

More than 125 tour operators from 45 countries including India, Bangladesh, China, Singapore, Spain, Malaysia, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, South Africa and Canada will participate in the UFTAA Congress cum tourism fair.

President of Indian Association of Tour Operators Vijay Thakur and President of Travel Agents Association of India, Rajinder Ray have also confirmed their participation in the travel mart, according to officials of the Nepal Tourism Board, the main organiser of the event.

Nepalese culture, handicrafts, museums, folk music and ethnic dresses, food stalls will be showcased on the occasion.
